Not my best work. Need to cut the carrots smaller, simmer at a lower temp, and perhaps a little less meat. None-the-less, I am finally having dinner at 21:38 in the evening. Enjoying a nice glass of wine, and waiting for BBB to start a video chat so I can see his arm in his new cast.
