Pizza con Peperoni, Pomodori

My second Pizza attempt. Dough worked MUCH better this time. Oven roasted tomatoes, and red/yellow peppers baked and skinned. Could have left it in a touch longer, but it is starting to look like the book. Roma, non basta una vita!
