Papa B and baby B went to Landstuhl today to visit injured soldiers, but when they got there the soldiers had already been flown to the US. Bummer... Mama B stayed at home and cleaned the house. Visiting wounded soldiers doesn't make sense when her survival tactics are to stick her head in the sand. Just like the wife (Zellwegger) in Cinderella Man, who never went to any of his fights....
We have been packing today as well. So many things to bring! Winter clothes take up so much space!!! Not mentioning all the Christmas gifts! And car seat, diapers... Wooow! I hope we'll make it!
We are getting really excited to the trip though! It will be loads of fun - once we get there! Many friends and a lot of family. Walmart, Target, malls big and small, big cars, snow! It's been a while for some of us!
Tonight we're taking it easy, watching a movie or something. Baby B is watching the end of Finding Nemo right now, climbing his book basket as he's doing it. Why sit still if you can move?! He's wearing a pair of jeans and a brand new shirt and he looks very handome indeed!
