Today we met with our friends D, A and baby A at Emerald Isle's St Pattie's Day Festival. We drank lemonade, visited the different vendors, and the bigger kids went on a couple of rides. The sun was shining and it was a beautiful day! A lot of fun!
During the afternoon BBB and MB did some yardwork while BB was napping. A lot of the weeds in the front yard are gone, and the flower beds look more orderly. NOT like German flowerbeds, but nice! ;)
This evening we went on base for an Easter egg hunt. BBB had his flash light and was ready to go! BB was happy in her stroller. Which was just fine and dandy with me!!!
BBB filled his basket to the brim and got lost, so we had to call for him over the speaker system. No sweat, PB's boss and his wife were there to help... Gahh!
He said he wasn't lost, like it wasn't his problem I couldn't find him. So cute!
Right now BBB is going through his catch, and giving me the Tootsie rolls. BB is sleeping and Kasper is afraid of the thunder and ligthning.
We miss our PB!!!

Now Catrin, you can't open yourself up like this and then not expect a little (or a lot!) of slagging! Don't forget I grew up in a house with many kids waiting for someone to get "big headed" just to take them down a peg or two. Big headed had a very broad definition in our house - it actually included opening your mouth. Old habits die hard, as they say. Anyhoo, Charlotte is an absolute doll! She is beautiful and I can't wait to meet her in person again. You look fantastic even if YOU can't see the 20lbs you lost anymore. I can see them. Keep going, you're doing well.
